With over 25 years of providing excellent customer service, Amy has had a broad range of experiences including retail management, insurance underwriting, and education. She spent 15 of those years as an assistant principal where she worked closely with prospective and existing families, students, and colleagues to provide exceptional service and support. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Montevallo.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving at her church, and traveling.
